§ 10.12.050. Right-of-way.

Subject to the section on exemptions (Section 10.04.070), the driver of a vehicle shall give the right-of-way to the driver of a vehicle approaching along an intersecting street from the right, and shall have the right-of-way over those approaching from the left.
