§ 10.24.110. Weight limit.

It is unlawful to drive on any street any motor vehicle with a weight, including the weight of the load in excess of that permitted by the state traffic law for driving on improved highways or with weight distributed in a manner not conforming to such law; except that on Second Street between Union and Walnut Streets no vehicle weighing over two tons including the weight of the vehicle and maximum load shall be permitted to be used except to deliver and pick up persons and property.
