§ 12.04.010. Supervision—Enforcement of provisions.

All public streets, alleys, sidewalks, and other public ways in the city shall be under the supervision of the city council. They shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to such public places (except traffic ordinances) and are authorized to enforce such ordinances.
