§ 12.04.110. Private use unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to use any street, sidewalk or other public place, as space for the display of goods or merchandise for sale; or to write or mark and signs or advertisements on any such pavements, except as specifically provided in section 12.04.115.
