§ 12.04.180. Gasoline pumps—Permission to maintain or erect required.

A.
It is unlawful to maintain or erect any gasoline pump or tank in any public street, alley or sidewalk without having first obtained a permit therefor from the council.
B.
No such permit shall be issued until the applicant furnishes a bond or indemnity policy with corporate surety, to indemnify the city against loss or liability, in the sum of ten thousand dollars occasioned by such tank or pump.
