§ 12.16.010. Permit—Required for construction.

A.

No person, firm or corporation shall construct a driveway for vehicles or animals across any sidewalk in the city without having first obtained a permit therefor.

B.

Applications for such permits shall be made to the city clerk and shall be accompanied by the fee required.
