§ 12.34.020. Obstructions of vision prohibited.

No person or other entity shall deposit or pile snow on any street or adjacent right-of-way of the city in such a manner as to obstruct a public sidewalk or in such a manner as to obstruct or hamper vision of any intersection of a traveled roadway.
