§ 12.08.070. Use of space.

A.

Any person, firm or corporation using or maintaining any such vault, space, room or structure shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.

B.

The council may authorize the chief of police to order closed up any such vault, space, room or structure for which such a permit has not been obtained.
