§ 13.24.040. Permit—Fees.

The fees for such permits shall be three thousand dollars for a connection with the sanitary sewer system. The rate prescribed by ordinance for the use of the sewer shall be paid in addition thereto. The connection fee provided for in this section of the code shall apply to all lots on which a building permit is issued after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. For all residential building permits issued through December 31, 2014, the sanitary sewer connection permit shall be one thousand five hundred dollars per residential unit.
