§ 15.01.040. Building permit fees.

The fees for building permits shall be as follows:

A.

Residential new construction: Seven hundred fifty dollars, plus mechanical inspection fees as required by the building and zoning administrator.

B.

Business/commercial new construction: One thousand dollars, plus mechanical inspection fees as required by the building and zoning administrator.

C.

Patio, decks and porches (without a roof): Seventy-five dollars.

D.

Outbuildings, unattached garages and porches (with a roof): Twenty-two cents per square foot for structures over one hundred square feet (a minimum of fifty dollars), plus mechanical inspection fees as required by the building and zoning administrator.

E.

Remodeling: Seventy-five dollars, plus mechanical inspection fees as required by the building and zoning administrator.

F.

Additions to existing structures not otherwise covered under subsections (A) through (E): Two hundred fifty dollars.
