Every application for a drainage permit shall be accompanied by a drainage plan as required herein. The submittal shall include enough information to evaluate the environmental characteristics of the property, the potential adverse impacts on water resources both onsite and downstream, and the effectiveness of the proposed storm water management plan in managing surface water runoff.
