§ 16.30.120. Traffic regulation signage.
The final plat of each development shall provide traffic regulation signage designating the location of all such signage within the development, including but not limited to speed signs, stop signs, pedestrian crossings and similar signage appropriate for the development.
A.
Approval Before Acceptance. The traffic regulation signage for each development must be approved by the city engineer and chief of police before the streets shall be accepted by the city;
B.
Cost of Signage. The cost of all traffic regulation signage shall be borne by the developer and paid prior to the streets being accepted by the city.
