§ 16.50.010. Exempted divisions.

Exempted divisions are not subject to the requirements of this code beyond the determination by the plan commission that the development is consistent with the comprehensive plan and that it meets all of the requirements for exempted divisions set forth in the Illinois Plat Act. Any such development or split or combination of parcels of property must be approved by the plan commission, but is not subject to presentation of a tentative or final plat.
