§ 2.08.110. Meetings—Order of business.

  • The order of business at meetings of the city council shall be as follows:

    A.

    Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting by the council;

    B.

    Approval of bills of the city;

    C.

    Reports of officers or department heads, if needed;

    D.

    Reports of standing committees (the first meeting of the month);

    E.

    Consideration of unfinished old business;

    F.

    New business;

    G.

    Executive session, if necessary;

    H.

    Communications to council, if any.
