§ 3.14.065. Pledge/allocation of revenues.

The revenues received from the tax imposed under this chapter shall be allocated to the following municipal funds or accounts:
A.

Fifty percent to the capital improvement—public works fund and/or account;

B.

Fifty percent to the city's general fund.

The council shall use reasonable efforts to review the allocation under this provision on an annual basis, but the allocation shall remain as stated herein unless amended by specific action of the council.
