§ 5.08.165. Firearms prohibited.

All owners of liquor establishments that serve alcohol on its premises, if more than fifty percent of the establishment's gross receipts are from the sale of alcohol, shall post a sign at each entrance of the building or premises, consistent with the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act and the regulations promulgated by the Illinois State Police, stating that the carrying of firearms is prohibited in the establishment.
