§ 5.12.020. License—Fee.

A.

It is unlawful to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for which a fee is charged for admission thereto without having first secured a license therefor; provided, that the provisions of this section shall not be held to apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by any other ordinance of the city.
