§ 5.20.030. Hours of operation.

A.

No billiard hall, pool hall or other hall licensed under this chapter having more than a total of five pool or billiard tables and table games or amusement devices, shall be open for business, or used, between the hours of eleven p.m. on Sunday to Thursday, inclusive, and six a.m. on the following day; between twelve midnight and six a.m. on Saturday; and between twelve midnight and one p.m. on Sunday.

B.

No place of business having a total of five or less billiard or pool tables and table games or amusement devices shall be open for business, or used, between the hours of twelve midnight and six a.m. on the following day; except on Saturday and Sunday mornings, when it is lawful to be open for business and to operate said billiard or pool tables until the hour of one a.m. Saturday morning and one a.m. Sunday morning.
