§ 5.38.010. Definitions.

For the purpose of this article, certain terms and words are hereby defined as follows:
A.

Garage Sale. Any sale conducted in any residential district where tangible personal property is offered for sale in or out of any building or structure. Garage sale shall mean and include all sales entitled "garage sale," "lawn sale," "attic sale," "rummage sale," "flea market sale," or any similar casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be invited to and may attend such sale.

B.

Goods. "Goods" includes any goods, merchandise or other property capable of being the object of a sale regulated under this section.

C.

Persons. "Persons" includes individuals, partnerships, voluntary associations and corporations.
