§ 5.40.040. Permit issuance.

The fee for a permit under this chapter shall be one hundred dollars per person that will be engaged in the solicitation activity for the first five days of the permit, and twenty-five dollars per day for each day thereafter. Each permit shall specify the dates covered by the permit and no permit shall span a period of time in excess of ten days. No permit shall be issued without a proper application being submitted and compliance with Section 5.40.030 at least forty-eight hours in advance of the issuance of the permit. A one thousand dollar surety bond is required and a copy of the bond submitted with the completed application.
