§ 5.40.060. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a level 2 misdemeanor. Upon conviction, such persons shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars and not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars per occurrence.
