§ 5.50.010. Authority.

Any entity with a liquor license issued by the State of Illinois and the City of Byron shall be permitted to conduct video gaming on their premises so long as the license holder complies with all provisions of the Illinois Gaming Act as well as any and all rules and regulations promulgated by the Illinois Gaming Board.
