§ 5.52.050. Raffles—Manager—Bond.

All operations of and the conduct of raffles shall be under the supervision of a single raffle manager designated by the organization. Unless specifically waived in writing by the chief of police, or his/her designee, the manager shall give a bond in a sum equal to two times the total aggregate value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by the licensee in such raffle. The terms of such bond shall provide that notice shall be given in writing to the licensing authority not less than thirty days prior to its cancellation.
