§ 6.04.050. Animals in parks.

It is lawful to permit any pet to be in any park or on a bike path within the city, so long as the following conditions are strictly adhered to:
A.

The pet is on a leash and accompanied by the pet's owner;

B.

The owner shall pick up and dispose of any waste created by the pet;

C.

Pet waste shall not be disposed of in public waste receptacles, but shall be taken from the park and/or bike path and disposed of at the owner's premises.
