§ 8.04.040. Statutory rule.

A.

The provisions of the statutes relative to vital statistics shall be fully complied with by the city clerk in connection with vital statistics reports.

B.

The city clerk shall make or cause to be made sufficient copies of all such records so that one complete set thereof may be retained and kept by the city.
