§ 8.04.060. Cemetery—Establishment.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to establish a cemetery or to bury any person within the city limits, or within a mile thereof so as to endanger the public health, safety or welfare of any citizen of the city, except in an established cemetery.
