§ 8.40.025. Disposal of grass clippings.

It shall be a nuisance to place, deposit or leave grass clippings or other debris on any vacant or occupied lot within the city. The property owner shall be jointly liable, together with the person or entity that deposited the grass clippings or other debris on said property, for any costs of abatement under this chapter.
