§ 16.05.030. Establishment of control.

No plat or replat of a parcel of land located within the jurisdiction of the Byron advisory plan commission shall be filed with the county clerk and recorded by the county recorder unless it has first been granted final approval by the city council, and the approval shall have been signed and certified on the plat by the mayor of the City of Byron. For exempted divisions located within the plan commission's jurisdiction, no plat shall be recorded with the county clerk and recorded by the county recorder without a statement of compliance from the plan commission president.
