§ 16.25.060. Erosion control.

    Adequate Erosion Control. The developer shall provide an adequate erosion control system for the complete development. This may include desilting or sediment basins, temporary seeding, grassed waterways (swales), diversions, grade stabilization structures, mulching, and any other provision necessary to effectively accommodate the increased runoff caused by changed soil and surface conditions during and after development.

    B.

    Seeding. Following initial scalping and road construction disturbed areas shall be seeded with a grass cover as soon as growing weather permits.
