§ 16.25.070. Traffic and street signage.

The final plat shall include the location, name of street and all signage detail to be located within the development. The developer shall be responsible, at its expense, for the installation of all signage prior to final plat acceptance, unless waived in writing by the city engineer. If the installation of signage is waived or delayed, the developer shall escrow sufficient funds with the city to cover all costs for installation of such signage.
