§ 5.08.130. License—Class F—Packaged beer and wine.

  • A.

    Sale of beer and wine only in the original packages but not for consumption on the premises where sold.

    B.

    Hours shall be Monday through Friday six a.m. to twelve a.m., Saturday six a.m. to one a.m. and Sunday seven a.m. to nine p.m. December 31st hours shall be from six a.m. until three a.m. January 1st.

    C.

    There shall be a one-time initial fee for each applicant for such license of five thousand dollars. In addition to the initial fee, the annual fee for such license shall be one thousand dollars, but may be paid semi-annually in advance.

    D.

    No Class F liquor license shall be issued without a background check as provided in this chapter, the recommendation of the liquor commissioner and approval by the city council.
