§ 5.32.060. Seating capacity—Overcrowding prohibited.

It is unlawful to permit any person, except ushers or other theater employees, to remain standing in a hall or room in which a motion picture is presented during the time of such performance; and it is unlawful to admist to any such hall more persons that can be accommodated by the seating arrangements for the premises.
