§ 5.32.070. Pictures prohibited.

It is unlawful to permit any person to offer or present any motion picture which has a tendency to cause a riot or public disturbance when the advocacy is directed to producing imminent lawless action and likely to incite or produce such action or contains expressions which because of their obscenity or because of the fact that they are fighting words are inherently or likely to produce such violent reaction.
