§ 8.22.040. Fee.

Upon issuance of a permit by the committee on health and ordinance/public health, the applicant must submit a fee in the sum of one hundred dollars annually. No collection/donation container shall be placed within the city without first paying the applicable fee. The committee on health and ordinance/public health shall have the authority to waive or reduce the fee for not-for-profit organizations.
