§ 8.22.050. Restrictions and conditions.

Owners of collection/donation containers shall adhere to the following restrictions and conditions:

A.

Only one collection/donation container shall be placed on a parcel of property;

B.

The collection/donation container shall be placed on a paved surface and shall not be placed on any public right-of-way or easement;

C.

The collection/donation container shall not exceed ten feet in length and shall be set back at least five feet from any public right-of-way or easement.

D.

All materials and contents must be contained wholly within the collection/donation container.

Unless otherwise specified on the permit, collection and/or pick-up must occur a minimum of two times per week.

Owners shall agree to provide a twenty-four hour telephone number so that the city can have ready access to the owner in the event of vandalism or excess debris to or around the vicinity of the container.
