§ 5.08.100. License—Class B—Original package.

  • A.

    A Class B license shall entitle the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor in the original packages but not for consumption on the premises where sold.

    B.

    Hours shall be Monday through Friday six a.m. to twelve a.m., Saturday six a.m. to one a.m. and Sunday seven a.m. to nine p.m. December 3lst hours shall be from six a.m. until three a.m. on January 1st.

    C.

    There shall be a one-time initial fee for each applicant for such license of five thousand dollars. In addition to the initial fee, there shall be an annual fee for such license of one thousand dollars, but said annual fee may be paid semi-annually in advance.

    D.

    No Class B liquor license shall be issued without a background check as provided in this chapter, the recommendation of the liquor commissioner and approval by the city council.
